Kitchen
A kitchen to cook for yourself
The kitchen is equipped so you can put a meal together after work without any fuss. Dishwasher, oven and microwave are there; coffee machine and kettle are ready to go.
Crockery, pots and cutlery are provided. Bring the groceries, nothing else.
Bathroom
Step-free shower, warm floor
The shower is level with the floor and walk-in. The bathroom has underfloor heating, which earns its keep in winter when the day starts at six.
Parking
Right in the driveway beside the house
You park on the property, in the driveway immediately beside the house. No hunting for a space in the evening, no parking disc, no walk carrying tools. A company van fits without trouble.

Non-smoking flat
Nobody smokes inside the flat. Outside there is seating with cushions where smoking is fine — and where a summer evening is worth sitting out anyway.

Peine Süd — station and town centre on foot
The flat sits centrally in Peine Süd. Peine station and the town centre are both a short walk away. The A2 connects you to Hannover, Braunschweig and Wolfsburg; Hildesheim and Salzgitter are an ordinary commute too.
